JOB PURPOSE: 

Ensure cleanliness of plant and equipment to exceed FDA and State Board of Health Requirements.  Evaluate, modify and design sanitation policies and procedures to endure product quality and integrity.  To create, maintain and reassess written sanitation procedures that will effectively accomplish the tasks of the sanitation shift.
